We hire construction professionals, the architect when necessary, and we accompany the entire process.
To control the implementation of the project, we go to the construction site and also create a general chat with you and the foreman, where we solve all the problems that arise during the works process according to the construction plans or the team of the project.
The Complete project includes measurements, accompaniment in stores for purchases of materials and products and visits to the project site in Santiago or other sites when agreed in the budget.
STAGES OF THE COMPLETE PROJECT
PLANNING
After taking all the necessary data and measurements, we move on to the planning stage. Efficient planning is the foundation of a good design project. Taking into account your wishes and preferences, as well as the laws of construction of spaces, we develop different project options (from 3 to 5 options). Once the project objectives have been defined, the best strategy to achieve them will be selected.
PLAN IDEA
At this stage the main ideas and interior elements must be managed. A study is carried out of all the elements that will condition the final design, on which the next stage will be based: visualization.
3D VISUALIZATION
The plans of the execution project are made, in which the final ideas will be reflected, a photorealistic visualization is developed (from 2 to 4 angles for each room). At this stage, all the elements of the interior are displayed in detail.
THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS
All the necessary construction plans are developed, as well as the specification of all the materials used in the project, which will be completed with more purely aesthetic details such as color, finishes, lighting, materials, fabrics, decorative elements ...
AUTHOR SUPERVISION
To control the implementation of the project, we go to the construction site and also create a general chat with you and the builder, where we solve all the problems that arise during the repair process according to the construction plans or the project configuration.
